The Lodge & Carriage House at Laurel Run Farm offer a combined nine bedrooms, three of which feature walk-out balconies for utterly breathtaking views of the estate’s choice 140 acres and beyond. Seven and a half spacious, well-equipped bathrooms help ensure there’s no competition for sink or shower space.
The Kitchen
The kitchen and its high-end, professional appointments provides fertile ground for even the most discriminating gourmets to create their own brand of culinary magic. This cooking space is equipped with professional-level tools and accouterments including an Imperial® residential six-burner gas stove, dual ovens, dual Bosch® dishwashers, and professional GE® Refrigerator/Freezer.
Entertainment
We have endless entertainment options. Start with our game room, complete with shuffleboard, pool, or ping pong. Next, enjoy our three-tiered indoor theatre with motorized leather recliners. Our theatre also features Bose surround sound, Direct TV, with Blu-ray and DVD capabilities.
The Carriage House
The newest addition to Laurel Run Farm, the Carriage House blends modern amenities with the estate’s rustic charm. Included in every rental, it features 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. With a private entrance and no stairs, it offers comfort and accessibility for your group.

AWSOME!!!
This was such a beautiful property, it had all the amenities. The pool and hot tub were absolutely beautiful! Everything was pristinely clean. I highly recommend coming here, we had so much fun!
The Laurel Run Farm was an absolutely beautiful property and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We had about 20 guests celebrating my 30th birthday but I can see this property also being perfect for a wedding, family reunion or even a private concert! Everything was very well kept and there’s something to do for everyone from swimming and sand volleyball to ping pong and shuffle board, you name it and this place has it. The pictures don’t even do this place justice, you have to see it to believe how awesome it truly is. We will definitely be back!
Not enough good words to be said about this space! Despite it being so large it felt entirely welcoming and cozy. The spacious layout allowed us to stay together while having loads of places to switch up activities. We spent the nights having conversations by the fire, morning coffees in the sun porch, and the days were spent hiking and enjoying the amazing backyard oasis! We had so much fun cooking incredible meals and it was so seamless with every tool/pan/spice readily available. The cleanliness was immaculate🙌🏼If you're considering, I highly recommend just booking. Between the beautiful/secluded scenery and the accommodating spaces, you truly cant go wrong 💗
Incredible space! Love the screened in porch with fireplace and home theater is very comfortable. Clean, cozy, and very relaxing!
